Internal Threaded Ferrite Pot Magnets

Unlike the shape of ferrite channel magnet, these round disc shaped ferrite magnets are glued in shallow steel cups with threaded bushing, in which the threaded hook can be screwed into. Such magnet assemblies are known as internal threaded bushing ferrite pot magnets and applied to magnetic hooks. Ferrite pot magnets with internally threaded bushing (stem) are supplied with standard sizes of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, 50mm, 57mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm and 125mm. There are specifications of all sizes in the following table.

Characteristics Of Internal Threaded Ferrite Pot Magnets

  • The size of threaded bushing varies with the diameter of the steel cup.

  • To make the female thread ferrite magnet strong,anisotropic magnetic material are used.

  • Nickel and zinc are the most common rust resistant coating for steel cups.

  • Epoxy glue are used to fill the gap between magnets and steel shell.
