Permanent lifting magnet (also called magnetic lifter) is mainly used to connect the work-pieces to be lifted during the lifting process (for example, it is used in combination with steel wire electric hoist and electric chain hoist). Permanent lifting magnets are widely used in docks, warehouses, factories and transportation fields. You can improve the working conditions of transportation, loading and unloading, and improve the working efficiency. Permanent magnet lifting magnet (lifting magnet) is an irreplaceable heavy duty magnetic tool in shipbuilding, engineering machinery and automobile industries.
Electricity is not needed for the lifting magnets ,it is safe, energy-saving and efficient lifting tool. Neodymium magnets are assembled in the lifting magnets, they produce super magnetic strength in magnetic circuit. To make the permanent lifting magnet in the closed state or working position,you just need to turn the handle to change the magnetic line of force.
The bottom surface forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles when the permanent lifting magnet is in working condition, it hold the steel part firmly. The lifting magnets can lift both plate and round shaped work-piece, because there is a V-shape groove on the bottom. There are strict requirements on the thickness and area of the lifting plate for permanent lifting magnets. Our 100kg, 200kg, 300kg, 500kg, 600kg, 1000kg, 1500kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 4000kg, 5000kg and 6000kg permanent lifting magnets are supplied as standard items.
1. Move the permanent magnetic lifter to make center line coincides with the center line of the metal thing which has clean surface, then place magnetic lifter onto the metal thing,then rotate the handle from "-" to "+" until it reaches the stop bolt. Make sure it locks automatically.
2. The lifting force is only 30% - 50% of the rated force when lift round work-piece, so you have to make the groove in straight contact with the work-piece if you use a permanent magnetic lifter to move round work-piece
3. Push the handle button inward and rotate the handle from "+" to "-" until the pin stops when the lifting operating finished. Make the strong permanent magnetic lifter disconnected and separate the lifted metal from the lifting magnet.
In order not to affect its performance and service life, the permanent magnet lifter shall be prevented from being impacted during use. Protect the bottom of the powerful magnetic lifter with oil when not in use

In order to ensure the normal operation of the permanent magnet elevator, the flexibility of each component of the permanent magnetic lifter shall be checked regularly.
Vibration and impact on the workpiece, overload and walking under the workpiece must be strictly prohibited.The temperature of the lifted work-pieces shall not exceed 80 ℃.
