Twisted neodymium arc magnets


This special type of curved magnet is called a twisted arc (curved) magnet, which is made of rare earth neodymium and used in permanent DC motors.

Neodymium arc segment magnets with screw holes


Sometimes it is necessary to drill holes on the fan-shaped magnet for installation. Through-holes and countersunk holes can be made on the neodymium segment. We can stably produce high-performance neodymium arc segment magnets of N52, 50M, 48H, 45SH, 40UH and 35EH.

Epoxy-coated neodymium arc magnets


The most common coating for curved (arc-shaped) neodymium (NdFeB) magnets is epoxy resin. Epoxy coatings have the advantages of high temperature resistance and salt spray resistance. Our epoxy-coated neodymium arc magnets are coated with a nickel-copper coating and have three layers of nickel-copper + epoxy resin coating.

High temperature resistant neodymium arc magnets


Neodymium arc magnets of SH, UH, EH, AH grades are called high temperature-resistant arc magnets. High temperature-resistant arc magnets are widely used in rotors, stators, and DC motors. Neodymium arc/arc magnets that are resistant to high temperatures are usually coated with epoxy resin, nickel, or galvanized.
